Silver projects encompass all Bronze-level upgrades plus a new roof, gutters/downspouts, minor room reconfiguration to enhance functionality (e.g., adding 1-2 bathrooms), and external features like a new or replaced deck, fence, patio, or porch, with fresh front exterior paint. In this project, the location of the kitchen was reversed to provide an open layout. A half bath on the main level and full bathroom in the basement gave far more functionality for entrainment.
